3.1 The “Irreversible Asset” Philosophy
In the world of API-based digital services, the assets (Airtime, Utility Credits, Vouchers) are instantaneous and liquid. Therefore, IrshadGlobalServices.online operates on a “Strict Accuracy” model. Because these services are consumed immediately upon delivery to the recipient’s number or account, standard “returns” are technically impossible.
3.2 Eligibility for Refund (The Failed Request Protocol)
- The “System Timeout” Refund: If a user is charged, but our API fails to receive a “Success Response” from the primary service provider (e.g., the electricity board), the amount is automatically credited back to the user’s Irshad Global Wallet within 60 minutes.
- Incorrect Information Disclaimer: Refunds will NOT be issued for transactions sent to the wrong mobile number or the wrong consumer ID provided by the user. The “Mechanical Accuracy” of the input is the user’s sole responsibility.
3.3 Dispute Resolution & “Chargeback” Prevention
- Verification Window: For “Pending” transactions, we reserve the right to hold funds for 24 hours for manual verification if our “Fraud-Detection Algorithm” flags the activity.
- Wallet Withdrawals: Funds deposited into the Irshad Global Wallet for future API calls can be withdrawn, subject to a 2.5% Administrative Processing Fee and a 7-day verification period to ensure the funds were not sourced from fraudulent activity.
