Accessing the IrshadGlobalServices.online platform constitutes a legal agreement to the “Service Infrastructure Accord.” This contract governs the use of our API-based digital service platform. Whether you are an individual user or a corporate retail partner, you agree that our platform is a “Pass-Through Entity” for digital utilities including mobile airtime, bill payments, and financial services.
2.2 API Usage & “Fair Play” Policy
- The “Mechanical Reliability” Clause: Irshad Global provides a 99.9% API Uptime Guarantee. However, we are not liable for outages caused by the primary “Service Providers” (e.g., Telenor, Jazz, K-Electric, or PTCL).
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for the secrecy of your API Keys and User Credentials. Any transaction authorized with your unique key is deemed “Final and Binding.”
- Prohibited Activities: Reverse-engineering our API, attempting “Stress-Testing” without written consent, or using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and reporting to the FIA Cybercrime Wing.
2.3 Transactional Finality & Settlement
- The “Real-Time” Clause: Once a digital service (e.g., a mobile top-up or bill payment) is successfully “Acknowledged” by our API, it is considered executed.
- Settlement Discrepancies: Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised within 48 hours. Our “System Logs” serve as the ultimate source of truth in any transactional dispute.
